In his last role Jaishankar was a Vice President and a Senior Banker with Validus Wealth (majority owned by LGT*). Based in Delhi, India, he was responsible for advising clients in India market. Prior to joining Validus in 2018, Mr. Jaishankar was a senior corporate banker and heading the New Business Development, North India -SME Corporate Lending at Citibank NA. Mr. Jaishankar has deep understanding of Credit Risk in the Commercial Bank segment. He started his career in Corporate Banking with Kotak Mahindra in 2004. Currently Jaishankar is an Independent consultant for the Private Client and Corporate lending Business With over 17 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, Mr Jaishankar holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and completed his PGDGM from NMIMS
